Our 6  to 7.5 medium firmness mattress is suitable for almost every body type. Firmness scale of 1-10, with 1 being very soft and 10 being very firm.

We encourage everyone to try out our mattress regardless of what you’re used to, whether soft or firm. Our mattress is specially designed to fit all types of sleepers, moulding perfectly to your individual figure and tested to feel luxurious comfort while providing well support throughout your body.

The Amazeam mattress is constructed with three separate layers of premium quality foams to create an exceptionally comfortable and supportive sleep feel that contours and molds to your exact body shape.
• Top layer: The Next Generation Cool Gel Air Memory Foam Layer that is breathable (open cell tech) and provides deep pressure relief, regulate body temperature, with just right hug and bounce. 
• Mid Layer : Responsive Recovery Layer

• Cover :Removable & washable Luxury style cover with zipper, soft and chilling for top & 4D airmesh fabric featuring 360 degree air ventilation.

If you’ve only slept on spring mattresses in the past, our modern foam-based mattress may feel a little unfamiliar at first, but once your body adjusts and realigns to its natural posture you’ll be rewarded with truly better sleep. You will feel how wonderful sleeping on a 3 layer full foam mattress.

Our mattress is designed to mould into your body contours perfectly while retaining a natural bounce like a spring mattress so you never feel trapped. The spring-free design ensures that your mattress stays silent while you move around the bed and movement between you and your sleeping partner is isolated so you won’t feel their tosses and turns throughout the night, leaving your sleep undisturbed. 

Any new product can have a mild scent upon unboxing. Should your Amazeam mattress have a scent, it will dissipate within a few days in a well-ventilated room.

We use advanced vacuum compression technology to package and roll our mattresses to fit into a compact box. Once released from its packaging, the mattress will quickly expand and return to its original size.

The high-grade foams we use are designed to provide years of optimal performance which means we’re able to compress the Amazeam mattress without impairing its core structure. 

In fact, this process drastically reduces the risk of damage to the mattress while it is being delivered to you with added protection from the box packaging. As you open the Amazeam mattress it will quickly recover back to its correct shape and size, and any creases or wrinkles on the outer cover will disappear in 1 to 2 weeks.

CertiPUR-US®
The polyurethane foam inside Amazeam mattress is CertiPUR-US® certified, which guarantees that they are made without any harmful chemicals including mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, PBDE flame retardants, ozone depleters, and have extremely low impact on indoor air quality.

OEKO-TEX®
The chill mattress cover meets the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, meaning that it contains no harmful substances and is certified safe for use.

We feel it is very important for our customers to know exactly where our materials and products come from. Most big brand mattress companies manufacture their mattresses in Asia, and even if they are made in factories elsewhere, their components are likely sourced from Asia too.

Our mattresses are designed to support individual weights of up to 120 kg for Single, Single Xl, and Super Single, and up to 230kg for Queen, Queen XL, and Kingand combined weight of up to 180kg for optimal performance and durability.

Setting Amazeam up is quick and simple – just follow a few simple steps:
Step 1: Unbox your (1) Amazeam mattress on its side in the room you’ll use it in.
Step 2: The are 2 layers of plastic wrappers covering the compressed mattress. Use the cutting tool found in your welcome kit inside the box to cut open the tapes attaching to the outer plastic wrap. Then unroll the mattress and remove the outer wrapper. Reach out to the edge of the inner plastic wrapper, poke a hole and slowly glide the blade across the inner plastic wrapper. (Be careful: don’t cut the mattress itself during step 2.)
Step 3: Flatten out your Amazeam mattress and remove the inner plastic wrap.
Step 4: Allow 2 -3 minutes for the mattress to expand to the original shape.
Step 5 : Your new mattress is ready for sleep!

The Amazeam mattress can be positioned onto any flat, stable surface.
We recommend either a flat platform, box springs or a slatted base frame with slats no more than 8cm apart.

Once you take your mattress out of the box, and will be ready to sleep on within minutes.

After you have unboxed and set up your mattress, it could not be compressed to fit its original packaging and be packed back into the box as it needs a specialised heavy machinery to do that.
However, if you intend to move elsewhere at a later date, our mattress can be bent and folded to move through tight spaces without impacting its structure as only foam materials are used in our mattress.

While our mattress cover does have a unique look and feels soft and smooth, you should always use sheets on top of your mattress. We recommend washing or changing your sheets on a weekly basis to keep your Amazeam mattress clean and pristine.

You may add a mattress protector for further protection against stains, spills and mould arising from humid conditions. Look for a reputable brand that offers a waterproof, hypoallergenic protector made of breathable fabric.

The Amazeam mattress is designed to be used one way up, so flipping is not required.
However, we advise that you rotate your mattress 180 degrees every 6 months to maximise performance and durability.

Our mattress features an outer cover that can be removed for easy washing machine cleaning.
• Mild spills or stains: Wipe clean with detergent and warm water.
• Major stains: Unzip the mattress cover, then wash with cold water with mild detergent (machine or by hand). Line / air dry only. Do not dry clean.
Caution: Only use low speed tumble dry or at short duration. Do not bleach the fragile mattress cover.

For all the states in Peninsular Malaysia : 2 - 4 working days from Monday through Saturday by courier.
For Klang Valley : Within 2 days, which may include Sunday and Public Holidays.
For East Malaysia by sea freight: 2 - 3 weeks.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will receive a further notification once your delivery has been arranged.

Amazeam perner with on demand delivery service and can make scheduled delivery in most of the areas in Klang Valley as per your request. For other states in Peninsular Malaysia, and East Malaysia, due to logistic limitation, we are unable to accommodate requests for a specific delivery date and time.

At the moment, self pickup service is yet to available. We will update you in our facebook, or www.amazeam.com once the pickup service is available in the near future.

In the event of return, we would arrange delivery partner to pick up the returned mattress free of charge within Peninsular Malaysia, whereas for East Malaysia customers, you would need to incur your own cost to send the mattress back to our warehouse in Selangor.

When our mattresses are delivered, we want you to get the full Amamzeam experience, most importantly our 100-night trial, to make sure it’s a great fit for you. If anything comes up with your mattress, such as a warranty issue or a return request, we’d want to take care of it well. By being out of our service region, we wouldn’t be able to provide that.
